I’ve had this adorable green and blue dress from my great aunt (she’s on here—hi, Cori!) for years! She likely picked it up secondhand (my grandma and her sisters were thrifting pros). Honestly, it’s one of my absolute favorite dresses in our whole collection.
I’ve always been drawn to the bold patterns and bright colors of 1960s fashion, but I don’t always feel my best in the typical shift silhouette of the era. That’s why I love this one so much—it combines the quirky, colorful spirit of the '60s with a '50s-inspired nipped waist and wide neckline that makes me feel amazing
The label inside reads “Minx Mode”, and I’ve casually searched for info about it before, but I recently decided to really dig in—and wow, what a cool brand! From letting teenage girls pick the styles to creating color films to advertise their collections, Minx Modes was doing the most in the best way. I genuinely think modern brands could learn a thing or two.
